So today is gonna be awesome!! I'm gonna be going out on a ride a long with my good buddy Craig from the local PD down here.

He had invited me to go some time ago, but my schedule gets crazy sometimes and I forget. So after a night of playing Assassin's Creed, Little Big Planet, and teaching him Poi (which is sometimes really funny). He remind me and I said I wasn't doing anything this break, so I thought I would be cool to see what "real" cops do.

And in a new section I'm adding to this journal that I'm calling "Stupid Squadron News"(SSN) where I tell it how it is at my squadron and share with you the craziness that goes on here.

Well the first story in SSN for today is very special indeed. OK, so we have 3 shifts for a reason.....so we can have 24 hour security on base. So tell me why because of some squadron exercise does the commander feel it necessary to send us into 12 hour shifts *snaps his fingers* like that. I mean don't get me wrong now I've worked my fair share of 12 hour shifts and I really don't mind them, but the thing that gets me the most right now is that people who are on there break days (which I'm currently on break) might get screwed out of their days off. We work 6 on 3 off for a reason. Don't make us work our 6 and then say oh sorry!

*facepaw* idiots......hopefully they don't cut my break short, or I'll be a very unhappy wolf *sharpens his claws*

I know I keep saying it but this time I do mean it.....I'm gonna post more often!

OK, so since my last post I've read some interesting things, and thought I would ask for clarification.

1. What the hell is up with the whole Num8 situation.......did he dupe us all?
2. How was AC this year?

Well as for me life has been interesting to say the least.

First of all my husky butt AKA:ochosi is out to sea for his school "cruise". I can only keep in contact by e mail, but that's better than nothing at all =3. I will be posting updates on his journal, so make sure to check. I miss him terribly, but I'll be going to see him in September after I visit my family which will be a nice get away from this place for a little bit.

Speaking of "this place". Some days it confounds me why the hell my squadron is so fuckin stupid. I mean I feel like the only person who has an IQ above 20 *facepaw*

But it's a whatever situation that I can't change without some paperwork and/or getting kicked out, which I just don't need right now.

Been working on some covers and I should be getting them on youtube soon, as well as an original song that I just wrote called "running me down". I have to admit this song is the best I've written so far, and it's based around my life long before I found furry and joined the military, so here it is for your critique.......but please be constructive!

All righty! So after dealing with you tube's BS I finally got my vid up and running. I had a lot of fun making it and hope you all enjoy =3

Well I suppose I'll start with the good news first since it leads to the bad news. So I woke up yesterday mulled around for a bit and then went to check the mail. I opened the box and what should I see but a little slip that says "you have a package". My eyes went wide because I knew what that package was. It was in fact my brand new fursuit from Furrhappens....YAY!

After trying the suit on and playing for a bit (very fun BTW) I decided to try and make a vid to put on You Tube. So I set up the camera and made a vid using Disturbed's song Ten Thousand Fists. I put the vid into Primere and edited it to how I saw fit, and uploaded it to You Tube. Little did I know the copyright trolls where hard at work. A few minutes after I had uploaded the vid I recieved an e-mail from You Tube stating that your work may have copy protected media in it. I try to play the vid and they tell me it's been deleted.......FUCKKKKKKKK!

I am just so ticked I worked really hard to show you guys my suit in action and these fuckers rip it apart just so some musical artist doesn't get butt hurt. Now I gotta do the vid again with a different song GAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!

Hopefully I'll have another one plus some pics up for you tomorrow before I go to work.

Hey peeps. So as you can gather from the title today has been an amazing day so far...why you ask? Well let me tell ya.

First I woke up with a full 8 hours of sleep which has been a rare thing as of late, so feeling good about that I checked my e mail and found that silverlinz had sent me pics of my complete fursuit. I gotta say OMFG!!! He came out ammmmmmaaaazzzzziiiinnnggg and that's not an exaggeration. You can see the pics here. Thanks again Silver *hugs*

Second, today is the 1st of the month and for all of us military folks IT'S PAYDAY!!! *jumps up and down* though I don't have a lot left after bills and such (getting out of debt) but it's still just a plus to an already awesome day.

Third, my husky butt (AKA: ochosi) is feeling a little better after having failed one of his classes, and I hate it when he's feeling down. So seeing him happier makes me extra happy. *hugs tight*

Wow I haven't updated in a while have I? I'm gonna have to fix that =3.

Not much has been going on really. Just going to work and playing with my poi when I'm not. Of course don't think nothing big has happened since my last update cause a couple big things have.

First I took my annual job knowledge test early last month, and apparently impressed some people cause the leadership thinks I'm all high speed and shit...it's really annoying. Not that I don't mind getting good posts and not being fucked with, but they are kinda forcing me to be this leader figure and I don't want that right now. I just want to go to work and come home...that's it ya know?

I finally have a mate. Your eyes are reading this right. After talking, and playing with the idea of being a couple ochosi and I have officially started dating. I know the long distance relationship thing will be hard but we just work so well together, so I is a happy wolf =3

So that's all the big stuff. I'll try to update more either through LJ posts or through youtube.

So last night we (all midshift) had to go to a meeting to meet the new flight chief Msgt Burkey. Basically he stated what he was expecting out of us and such.

About 5 min. before the end I got a call...I didn't answer it for obvious reasons. After the meeting I went over to the squadron to get some stuff done, and while I was waiting for that I checked my phone. It was Mo, a friends wife. She told me that a good friend of mine had committed suicide. I was like OMG....I couldn't believe it. I mean he was having some problems, but after he got kicked out of the USAF he said he was going back up to Massachusetts to get better and get his life back on track.

I don't know any details but I have a pretty good picture of how he did it, and all I can say is I hope he found some peace....wherever he may be now.

So here's to you Nick.....I'll miss ya buddy.

I know I said I would update more and for that I'm sorry, but been pretty busy with a lot of stuff (getting taxes done, poi tutorial series (see below), etc.)

Yesterday, and a little bit of today, I was visited by siegewolf. We had so much fun...even though there is not much to do at my place. Needless to say I defiantly needed the company seeing as I've been feeling quite lonely lately.

I know I said it would be done last week, but due to re-filming and working with different video editors my Poi tutorial series will be delayed yet again. The ETA for the first video will be 24 Feb. 09 give or take a couple days. I have been working hard at it to make it as good as I can, so people who really want to learn can get the most out of it. So again sorry for the delays.

Speaking of Poi. I've learned a move that I never thought I would learn...the BTB 3 beat weave. It was so weird how I learned it. I was just thinking about it one day, so I decided to do some exercises in plane control to see if I could achieve it. I didn't get it the first couple tries, but I was tired so I went to bed.

I woke up 2 hours later after having some really weird dreams....which I can't remember, and just started doing. Yeah I know just out of nowhere. Still gotta do some work on it but the fundamentals are there *squee*. Just another step in the ladder to poi greatness ROFL!
